Terms of Service

By using Grower Platform, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before purchasing any of our app marketing services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Grower Platform (the "Website", "Service", "we", "us", "our") and purchasing any app marketing plan, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Important: These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Grower Platform. By accessing or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.

2. Services Offered

We provide professional app marketing services including, but not limited to:

  • User Acquisition Campaigns – Targeted advertising campaigns to reach genuine users for your Android or iOS app
  • App Promotion Services – Professional marketing through legitimate advertising channels (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads)
  • Targeted User Growth – Campaigns designed to grow your active user base through paid advertising
  • ASO & Store Optimization – Keyword optimization and listing improvements to boost store visibility
Service Limitations: Our services are for legitimate marketing and promotional purposes only. We do not guarantee specific ranking positions or algorithmic favor from Google Play or Apple App Store. All campaigns are conducted through legitimate advertising platforms in compliance with their policies.

3. Payment

  • Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely through Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. We do not store your credit/debit card details.
  • Activation Timeline: Once payment is confirmed, your campaign will be activated within 24–48 hours. You will receive a confirmation email with order details.
  • Pricing: All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes (GST as applicable).
  • Failed Payments: If your payment fails, the order will not be processed. Please contact your bank or Razorpay support for payment issues.
Secure Transactions: All transactions are encrypted and secured. We never have access to your full payment credentials.

4. Delivery & Performance

We make our best effort to deliver the promised user acquisition targets and campaign reach as described in your selected plan. However, please note:

  • Campaign Duration: Varies by plan — typically 3–15 days for full campaign delivery.
  • Results Variation: Actual results may vary based on market conditions, competition, and platform algorithm changes.
  • Platform Algorithm Changes: Google Play, App Store, and advertising platforms frequently update their algorithms. Campaign performance may be affected.
  • Analytics: Results are measured using campaign analytics and native store analytics. Third-party tools may show variations.
Important: Campaign results are verified through advertising platform analytics and Google Play Console or App Store Connect data where applicable.

5. User Responsibilities

  • Live App Required: Your app must be publicly listed and active on Google Play or Apple App Store.
  • Content Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the content and compliance of your app.
  • Store Compliance: Your app must comply with Google Play and App Store policies. Any violation may result in suspension of service without refund.
  • Accurate Information: You must provide the correct app link and details when placing an order.
  • Account Security: We never ask for your developer console password or credentials.
Warning: If your app is suspended, removed, or violates store policies, we cannot guarantee campaign delivery and no refund will be issued.

6. Refund & Cancellation

Refunds are governed by our separate Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

  • Cancellation: Cancellation is not allowed once the campaign has started.
  • Pre-Delivery Cancellation: If you cancel before activation (within 1 hour of order), we may issue a full refund minus payment gateway fees.
  • Refund Eligibility: Refunds are only considered if delivered campaign results are significantly lower than the minimum promised targets.
Refund Window: Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of campaign completion with proper documentation.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Grower Platform shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
  • Damages arising from the use or inability to use our services
  • Any actions taken by Google Play or Apple App Store against your app
  • Changes in advertising platform policies or algorithms
  • Third-party claims or damages
Total Liability Cap: Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific plan in question.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, graphics, website design, and intellectual property on the Grower Platform website are our exclusive property or licensed to us. This includes:

  • Website design and code
  • Logos, trademarks, and branding elements
  • Marketing materials and content
  • Proprietary campaign strategies and methodologies

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of our intellectual property without express written consent.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes become effective immediately upon posting on this page.

  • Notification: For material changes, we will notify users via email or website announcement.
  • Continued Use: Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
  • Review Period: We encourage you to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of updates.
Important: If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must discontinue using our services.
