1. Acceptance of Terms

By using GrowerPlatform (the "Website", "Service", "we", "us", "our") and purchasing any promotion plan, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the "Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using GrowerPlatform, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

2. Services Offered

We provide Instagram promotion services including, but not limited to:

• Reel Promotion – Guaranteed views and reach for your Instagram Reels
• Likes on Reel – Real engagement from active Instagram accounts
• Bulk Creator Packages – Content creation from professional creators
• Instagram Growth Services – Organic follower growth and engagement

Each plan has its own pricing, promised range, and expected delivery timeline as mentioned clearly on our pricing page. The specific details of each plan form part of these Terms.

3. Payment

• Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely through Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. We do not store your credit/debit card details.
• Activation Timeline: Once payment is successful and confirmed, your plan will be activated within 24–48 hours. You will receive a confirmation email with order details.
• Pricing: All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes (GST as applicable).
• Failed Payments: If your payment fails, the order will not be processed. Please contact your bank or Razorpay support for payment issues.

4. Delivery & Performance

We make our best effort to deliver the promised reach, views, and likes as described in your selected plan. However, please note:

• Delivery Time: Delivery time depends on the plan selected and Instagram's current algorithm. Some plans may take 2-7 days for full delivery.
• Results Variation: No guarantee of exact numbers – actual results may be higher or lower than the promised range due to Instagram's dynamic algorithm and your content quality.
• Engagement Not Guaranteed: We do not guarantee any specific engagement rate, follower growth, or algorithmic favor from Instagram.
• Algorithm Changes: Instagram frequently updates its algorithm. While we adapt our methods accordingly, delivery times and results may be affected.

5. User Responsibilities

As a user of GrowerPlatform, you agree to the following responsibilities:

• Public Account Required: You must provide a public Instagram account that complies with Instagram's Community Guidelines. Private accounts cannot receive our services.
• Content Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the content on your account. We do not moderate or approve your content.
• Instagram Compliance: Your account must comply with Instagram's Terms of Service. Any violation of Instagram's terms by your account may result in suspension of service without refund.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate and complete information when placing orders (Instagram username, email, etc.).
• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Instagram account. We never ask for your password.

6. Refund & Cancellation

Refunds are governed by our separate Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

• Cancellation: Cancellation is not allowed once the promotion has started. Please ensure you're ready before placing an order.
• Pre-Delivery Cancellation: If you cancel before activation (within 1 hour of order), we may issue a full refund minus payment gateway fees.
• Refund Eligibility: Refunds are only considered if delivered results are significantly lower than the minimum promised (less than 70% of the minimum target).

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GrowerPlatform shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Damages arising from the use or inability to use our services
• Any actions taken by Instagram against your account (shadow-ban, restriction, suspension)
• Third-party claims or damages

8. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, graphics, website design, and intellectual property on the GrowerPlatform website are our exclusive property or licensed to us. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Website design and code
• Logos, trademarks, and branding elements
• Marketing materials and content
• Proprietary algorithms and delivery methods

You may not: Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of our intellectual property without express written consent. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes become effective immediately upon posting on this page.

• Notification: For material changes, we will notify users via email or website announcement.
• Continued Use: Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
