  • Campaign results depend on multiple factors including app quality, category, competition, app store algorithms, and market conditions
  • Results are not guaranteed and may vary based on real-time app store metrics
  • We provide our best estimates based on market analysis and historical data
  • All campaigns follow app store policies and industry standards
  • Results are measured through official app store analytics (Google Play Console, App Store Connect)
Campaign Estimates: All plans come with an estimated performance range (e.g., 10,000–15,000 downloads). This is based on market analysis and your app's category. Actual results may fall within, above, or below this range due to external factors.

2. Refund Eligibility

✅ Refund Will Be Processed If:

Campaign Performance Shortfall

Delivered results are significantly below 70% of the minimum estimated range provided at purchase, with supporting analytics proof from official app store dashboards.

Timely Request Submission

Refund request is submitted within 7 days of campaign completion with clear evidence from app store analytics dashboard.

❌ Refunds Are NOT Applicable If:

  • Incorrect app details were provided by you (wrong app link, package name, region, etc.)
  • Your app was removed, suspended, or violates app store policies during or after the campaign
  • You cancel the campaign after we have started it — resources are already allocated
  • Results were delivered within or above the estimated range provided at purchase
  • Required information was not provided (app link, targeting instructions, etc.)
  • The app listing was made private or unavailable during the promotion
  • Campaign was fully delivered as per agreement regardless of your satisfaction
  • Refund request is submitted after 7 days of campaign completion
Verification Method: All refund requests are verified using official Google Play Console or App Store Connect analytics. Third-party tools, screenshots of unofficial metrics, or competitor tools are not accepted for evaluation.

3. Refund Process

If your refund request meets the eligibility criteria, here's how the process works:

  1. Submit Request – Email us at support@growerplatform.com with your Order ID, app store analytics screenshots showing the shortfall, and campaign details.
  2. Review & Verification – Our team will review your request and verify the performance data within 2–3 business days.
  3. Decision – You'll receive an approval or denial decision with detailed explanation.
  4. Processing – If approved, the refund is processed immediately through your original payment gateway.
  5. Credit TimelineRefunds appear in your account within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank and payment method.
Payment Gateway Fees: For refunds processed through Razorpay, payment processing fees (typically 2–3%) are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount, as per standard payment gateway policies.
Partial Refunds: If your results are partially below the estimated range, we may issue a partial refund proportional to the shortfall.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

Campaign Successfully Completed: Once a campaign is delivered within the estimated range (or exceeds it), no refund requests will be entertained.

The following scenarios are NOT eligible for refunds:

  • Results delivered within or above the estimated range provided
  • You changed your mind after placing the order
  • You found a competitor with lower prices
  • App store algorithm changes after delivery is complete
  • Delays due to app store rate limits or system slowdowns (we complete all deliveries)
  • Your app violated app store policies during or after the campaign
  • You did not provide necessary app credentials or information
  • Campaign was partially completed before cancellation request

❓ How long does it take to process a refund?

Once approved by our team (2–3 business days), refunds are processed immediately. The credit appears in your account within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

❓ Can I get a refund if I cancel mid-campaign?

No. Once a campaign has started, we cannot issue refunds as resources have already been allocated and work has begun. Please ensure you're satisfied before confirming your order.

❓ What if I entered the wrong app link?

Please contact us immediately within 1 hour of placing the order. If the campaign hasn't started, we may be able to update it. Once the campaign begins, changes are not possible and no refund will be issued.

❓ What if my results exceed the estimated range?

That's great! We don't charge extra for over-delivery. You'll receive the full benefit of the additional downloads and users at no extra cost.

❓ Are results guaranteed?

No. While we provide our best estimates based on market analysis, results depend on your app's quality, category, competition, and app store algorithms. Results are not guaranteed, but we work to deliver within the estimated range.

❓ Can I get a refund if my app was suspended?

No. If your app violates app store policies and is removed or suspended, we cannot be held responsible. Please ensure your app complies with all app store guidelines before launching a campaign.
