1. General

At GrowerPlatform, we strive to deliver the best Instagram promotion results. However, Instagram's algorithm is dynamic and we cannot guarantee 100% exact reach, views, or likes as mentioned in the plan. Results may vary – they can be higher or lower than the promised range due to factors beyond our control, including:

  • Instagram algorithm changes
  • Your content quality and engagement
  • Account health and history
  • Current Instagram trends and competition
Important Note: All our plans come with a promised range (e.g., 10,000-15,000 views). We guarantee delivery within this range. Results may be on the lower or higher end of the spectrum.

2. Refund Eligibility

✅ Refund will be processed only if:

The delivered reach/views/likes are significantly lower than the minimum promised in the selected plan — specifically less than 70% of the minimum target mentioned at the time of purchase.

✅ Timeline for refund requests:

You must submit a refund request within 7 days of plan completion with clear proof/screenshots of analytics showing the shortfall.

❌ Refunds are NOT applicable if:

  • You provided wrong Instagram account details (incorrect username, private account, etc.)
  • Your account is private, shadow-banned, or violates Instagram's terms of service
  • You cancel the plan after we have started the promotion (service has already begun)
  • The promotion has already been fully delivered (even if results are on the lower side of the promised range, as long as they meet the minimum target)
  • You failed to provide required information (reel URL, specific instructions, etc.)
  • The reel was deleted, made private, or removed during the promotion
Important: Results are measured using Instagram's native analytics. Third-party analytics tools may show variations and are not considered for refund eligibility.

3. Refund Process

If your refund request is approved, here's how the process works:

  1. Submit Request – Email us at support@growerplatform.com with your Order ID and supporting evidence (screenshots of analytics showing shortfall).
  2. Review & Verification – Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days. We may request additional information if needed.
  3. Approval & Processing – If approved, refund will be processed immediately.
  4. Credit TimelineApproved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method (Razorpay) within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank/issuer.
Payment Gateway Fees: Razorpay processing fees (typically 2-3%) are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount.
Partial Refunds: Partial refunds may be issued based on the actual shortfall percentage. For example, if delivery was 80% of the minimum target, you may receive a 20% partial refund.

4. No Refund Cases

Once a plan is successfully delivered within the promised range (or higher), no refund requests will be entertained.

The following scenarios are NOT eligible for refunds:

  • Results delivered within the promised range (e.g., 10,000-15,000 views → you received 11,500 views)
  • Results exceeded the promised range (you got more than expected)
  • You changed your mind after order placement
  • You found a cheaper service elsewhere
  • Instagram algorithm changes after delivery (results already delivered)
  • Delays in delivery due to Instagram rate limits or technical issues (we always complete delivery)
  • You violated Instagram's terms of service during the campaign

6. Frequently Asked Questions

❓ How long does it take to process a refund?

Once approved, refunds are processed within 2-3 business days. The credit appears in your account within 5-10 business days depending on your bank.

❓ Can I get a refund if I cancel mid-campaign?

No. Once a campaign has started, we cannot issue refunds as resources have already been allocated. Please ensure you're ready before placing an order.

❓ What if I entered the wrong Instagram username?

Please double-check your username before checkout. If you made a mistake, contact us immediately within 1 hour of placing the order. After the campaign starts, no refunds will be issued.

❓ Do you offer refunds for bulk creator packages?

For Bulk Creator packages, refunds are subject to creator availability. If no creators have been assigned yet, we may offer a full refund. If work has already started, partial refunds may be considered based on work completed.

❓ What if I get more results than promised?

That's great! We don't charge extra for over-delivery. Enjoy the bonus reach — it happens when your content performs exceptionally well.
